At present, Morris K. Togbah serves as Budget Support Coordinator at the Ministry of Finance and Development-MFDP, Broad Street, Monrovia, Liberia

Mr. Lloyd is a Liberian native born in Shieffelin, Margibi County, and a proud member of the Bassa tribe. He is a dedicated husband and father of two, with a deep-rooted passion for Information Technology that has guided his career for over two decades.
His journey in IT began in 2002 during his early life in Ghana as a Liberian refugee. Since then, Mr. Lloyd has built a solid foundation in the field, holding a Bachelor of Science in Information Communication Technology along with several professional certificates.
Over the years, he have developed extensive experience across multiple IT disciplines.
As a young man, he is affiliated with Ambassador Group of Companies, an organization that specializes
in providing comprehensive IT solutions in the areas of graphic design, hardware, and networking services.
